Jessica Faulkner is an Assistant Professor at Augusta University's Medical College of Georgia, holding appointments in both the Department of Physiology and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her research focuses on the physiological mechanisms of high blood pressure, vascular damage, and fetal growth restriction in pregnancy, particularly in the context of obesity and metabolic dysfunction.

Her laboratory investigates vascular endothelial cell biology, steroid hormone synthesis, placental hypoxia, and inflammation using transgenic mouse models, surgical models of preeclampsia, and human tissue analysis. Key techniques include blood pressure monitoring, vascular function assays, and molecular signaling studies.
