Jessica Diaz, PhD, is a scholar-practitioner at Claremont Graduate University, where she chairs the applied doctorate program in Organizational Psychology. She is the founder and director of the ExCo (The Employee Experience Collective), a collaborative network focused on enhancing employee experiences through research and practice. Her expertise spans organizational behavior, psychological safety, and leader development, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Research Interests center on the psychological processes that shape employee experiences and the organizational conditions that foster empowerment. She explores intersections of DEI, multisource feedback mechanisms, longitudinal leader development methodologies, and statistical approaches to workplace dynamics.
Teaching and Consulting roles include instructing courses in organizational psychology and statistics, as well as serving as managing partner at BCD Consulting Group, specializing in public-sector selection and development. She also works independently as an executive coach and facilitator for private and non-profit organizations.
Leadership and Mentorship are integral to her work, advising both PhD and PsyD students and contributing to academic and practitioner journals.
