Dr. Jessica A Eisma is an Assistant Professor of Water Resources in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research focuses on urban and dryland hydrology, remote sensing, machine learning, citizen science, and climate change adaptation. She holds a PhD from Purdue University (2020) and prior degrees from Purdue and Michigan State University. Her work emphasizes community-centered solutions for flood resilience and green infrastructure planning in vulnerable areas.
