Jessi Clark

Jessi Clark, PharmD, BCCP, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice & Science at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She serves as a clinical pharmacist specializing in advanced heart failure, heart transplant, and mechanical circulatory support at the Gill Heart Institute and UK HealthCare Pharmacy Services. Her roles include patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings and mentoring pharmacy students and residents.

Research Interests: Advanced heart failure management, heart transplant care, and improving transitions of care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.

Publications: Recent work focuses on digoxin dosing strategies, guideline adherence in heart failure, osteoporosis in transplant patients, and ICU sedation protocols.
