Jesse Wilbur serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute, co-teaching in the Master of Science in Engineering Design Innovation (MS EDI) program while concurrently leading as VP of Interaction Design at IA Collaborative. His dual roles bridge academic instruction with industry-leading design strategy implementation.
His educational foundation includes:
- MS in Information Science from UNC Chapel Hill School of Information and Library Science
- BA in Politics from Wake Forest University
Wilbur specializes in human-centered innovation with deep expertise in interaction design and systematic digital solution development. His work focuses on creating accessible ecommerce platforms that generate billions in revenue for major retailers, while extending into financial services, healthcare, logistics, and technology sectors through strategic business innovation.
