Jesper Smit is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine, Aalborg University, affiliated with Aalborg University Hospital. He holds the clinical title of Ledende overlæge (Chief Physician). His primary affiliations include the Medicinsk afdeling in Thisted, Farsø/Hobro/Thisted regions. Active since 2008, he has published extensively in infectious diseases and epidemiology.
