Jesper Høgenhaven serves as Professor of Old Testament Exegesis at the Section of Biblical Exegesis, Faculty of Theology, University of Copenhagen, with academic contributions spanning biblical scholarship, Dead Sea Scrolls research, and apocalyptic literature studies since the 1980s.
