Jesper Buus Nielsen is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Aarhus University. He specializes in cryptography, blockchain technology, and secure multiparty computation. He has contributed to advancements in anonymous payments, consensus algorithms, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
