Dr. Jerzy Zawistowski is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Land and Food Systems, specializing in functional foods and nutraceuticals. He serves as the Academic Director of the Master of Food Science Program and has contributed extensively to research on bioactive food components and their regulatory frameworks.
