Jeroen Koenraadt

Dr. Jeroen Koenraadt is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), based in the Department of Accounting. He joined LSE in 2022 after earning his PhD in Finance & Accounting from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he also completed his MSc in Accounting and BSc in Economics. His research focuses on disclosure regulation, non-traditional financial intermediaries, and retail investor behavior, with a particular interest in how alternative data influences decision-making in finance, regulation, and labor markets.

He teaches courses such as Contemporary Issues in Financial Accounting (BSc) and Financial and Management Accounting for Managerial Decision Making (MSc) at LSE. His work has been featured in outlets like The Accounting Review, European Accounting Review, and Journal of Banking and Finance, addressing topics ranging from crypto token regulation to workplace safety inspections linked to regulatory activity.
