Colonel Jeremy Gwinn is an Army infantry officer and faculty member at the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, National Defense University in Washington, D.C. He also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University. With a Ph.D. in international relations from The Fletcher School (Tufts University), his research focuses on national security policy and U.S. unconventional warfare post-9/11. He holds additional degrees: B.A. in History from Penn State, M.B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill, and has extensive military experience, including command roles and combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.

- Ph.D. in International Relations, The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University)
Research Interests: Jeremy’s work addresses national security strategy, unconventional warfare, defense policy, and the operational dynamics of the Department of Defense. His interdisciplinary approach combines military history, strategic planning, and contemporary security challenges.
Teaching & Advising: Taught at Harvard Kennedy School, The Fletcher School, and served as Assistant Professor of Economics at West Point. Currently advises on strategic operations at Department of the Army G-3/5/7.
Labs/Teams: Engaged in strategic planning initiatives and cyber/EM warfare advisory roles within the Pentagon.
