Jeremy Eckert

Jeremy Eckert is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, specializing in real estate and land use law. He is the founder of Tharsis Law PS, a boutique firm focusing on real estate development in the Puget Sound region. Previously, he was a partner and chair of the land use group at Foster Pepper PLLC, and managed complex conservation real estate acquisitions at Forterra (formerly Cascade Land Conservancy).

Education: B.A., magna cum laude, in History from the University of Michigan (2002); J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law (2009).
