Jeremy Bernardoni is an Assistant Professor in the Fashion Design Program at the University of North Texas. He holds a Ph.D. in textiles, apparel design, and merchandising from Louisiana State University, an M.F.A. in costume design, a B.A. in French from the University of Oklahoma, and a specialization in draping, patternmaking, and fashion design from the Chambre Syndicale de Haute Couture in Paris.

His research focuses on aesthetic science, innovative draping, and social psychology of dress, with a trajectory spanning creative design scholarship and theoretical studies in dress and identity. Recent work explores generative AI in fashion design, zero-waste methodologies, and sustainable consumption among Gen Z. Articles highlight intersections between digital technologies, environmental responsibility, and humanistic analysis of dress.
