Jens Rosenau

Jens Rosenau, MD is an Associate Professor and Acting Director of Hepatology at the University of Kentucky, Department of Internal Medicine. His clinical and research expertise spans hepatology, gastroenterology, and molecular parasitology.

Research focuses on Trypanosoma congolense trans-sialidase enzymology, including N-glycosylation effects on catalytic activity and domain cooperativity. Additional work addresses post-liver transplant complications like unperceived hearing loss.
