Jens Fehrenbacher (née Schmidt) holds the academic rank of Lecturer at the University of Hildesheim’s Department of Musicology within the School of Cultural Studies and Aesthetic Communication. He completed his PhD in 2022 as part of the DFG Research Training Group ‘Ästhetische Praxis’ (Aesthetic Practice), investigating reception practices through an ecological framework.
