Jenny Xiang

Jenny Xiang is a Professor affiliated with the Graduate School of Medical Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine and serves as a core facility leader for the Genomics Resources Core Facility (GRCF) and Epigenomics Core. Established in 2000, the GRCF provides advanced genomics services including sample preparation, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and data analysis for biomedical researchers. The Epigenomics Core specializes in DNA methylation profiling, single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and bioinformatics.

Her work supports critical experimental design, data interpretation, and validation using cutting-edge technologies such as Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 10X Genomics Chromium, and Drop-Seq systems. Recent developments include expanded services in Single-Cell Spatial Imaging (CosMx) and Visium HD for high-resolution gene expression studies.
