Jenny Bourne is the Raymond Plank Professor of Incentive Economics at Carleton College, where she has been affiliated since 1997. She teaches courses such as Law and Economics (ECON 275), Economics of the Public Sector (ECON 270), and Intermediate Price Theory (ECON 330). Her research interests span law and economics, public policy design, and microeconomic theory, with a focus on incentive structures in institutional settings.
