Jennifer Teramoto Pedrotti

Jennifer Teramoto Pedrotti is a Professor of Psychology and currently serves as the Associate Dean for Diversity and Curriculum at California Polytechnic State University. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas, and dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and English from the University of California, Davis.

Her research focuses on intersections between multiculturalism and positive psychological constructs like hope, coping, and well-being. Key areas include culturally embedded strengths, multicultural training impacts, and multiracial identity dynamics. She has authored/co-authored influential textbooks in multicultural psychology and positive psychology.
