Jennifer Sheffield serves as the Director of Simulation & IPE and Assistant Professor of Nursing at Union University's College of Nursing & Health Sciences. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Nursing Education from the University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from St. Petersburg College, and an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Polk Community College.
Her professional focus spans nursing education, clinical simulation, and interprofessional collaboration. She integrates Christian faith with academic excellence in Union University's 100+ programs of study.
