Jennifer Scruton

Jennifer Scruton is an Adjunct Assistant Professor specializing in Photography and Imaging. She holds a background in Graphic Design from ArtCenter and has extensive industry experience in creative direction for apparel brands. Her professional roles include overseeing creative initiatives at VANS, where she manages collaborations with artists and brands like Karl Lagerfeld and Nickelodeon, as well as leading photo shoots for apparel lines. Previously, she worked at Quiksilver/Roxy in women and girls' surf apparel design.

Her research interests and teaching focus on integrating creative vision with commercial design, emphasizing cross-disciplinary collaborations and visual storytelling in fashion and brand development. She teaches classes such as PHOT-360A-01: Portfolio Development, guiding students in refining their creative projects.
