Jennifer Rosenthal Kramer, Ph.D., M.P.H. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and a Health Science Specialist at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. She serves as an Investigator in the Clinical Effectiveness & Population Health Program at the Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety.
