Dr. Jennifer "Jen" Millar is the Program Director of Nursing at Jessup University's School of Nursing, located in Rocklin, CA. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she has specialized in Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Labor & Delivery clinical practice. Her leadership includes directing an electronic health record implementation in Labor & Delivery and serving as the local primary researcher for a fetal pulse oximetry probe study. In higher education for the past 11 years, she has driven curriculum development, Simulation Lab creation, and program approval for Jessup's first Nursing Program. Her doctoral research focuses on improving faculty well-being and job satisfaction.
