Jennifer Milesky is an Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, specializing in critical care, trauma nursing, and workforce development. With over two decades of bedside experience, she focuses on bridging education-practice gaps through research on ICU patient quality of life and post-intensive care syndrome.
