Jennifer Lorang is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Botany and Plant Pathology at Oregon State University (OSU). Her academic journey includes a B.S. in Environmental Biology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, an M.S. in Plant Pathology from the University of Minnesota, and a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the University of California-Riverside. She transitioned to teaching while maintaining research interests in plant-microbe interactions and fungal toxin effects on plant immunity. Her research focuses on molecular mechanisms underlying plant responses to pathogens and toxins.
