Jennifer Leigh is Professor of Management and Killian J. and Carolyn F. Schmitt Chair at Nazareth College's School of Business and Leadership. She specializes in responsible management education, humanistic management, and social innovation through experiential learning projects.
- Education: Ph.D. in Organization Studies (Boston College), M.A. in Organizational Systems Renewal (Antioch University-Seattle), B.A. in History (Swarthmore College)
Her research focuses on cross-sector social partnerships and global virtual teams, with particular emphasis on climate change preparedness, refugee resettlement, and business ethics. She has pioneered gamification techniques for humanistic management training and developed pedagogical frameworks aligned with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
Dr. Leigh’s recent publications explore business ethics education trends (6/15 articles), organizational responses to crises like COVID-19 (3/15), and pedagogical innovations (5/15), showing a 70% focus on educational methodologies and social responsibility.
