Jennifer Leigh is Professor of Management and Killian J. and Carolyn F. Schmitt Chair at Nazareth College's School of Business and Leadership. She specializes in responsible management education, humanistic management, and social innovation through experiential learning projects.

She has pioneered gamification techniques for humanistic management training and developed pedagogical frameworks aligned with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
