Professor Jennifer Lee Koh is an Associate Professor of Law at Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law, specializing in immigration law, crimmigration, and the intersection of Christianity and social justice. She serves as Co-Director of the Nootbaar Institute on Law, Religion, and Ethics, where she explores the ethical and theological dimensions of immigration policy.

Her recent scholarship focuses on expedited removal procedures, state standing in immigration cases, and constitutional constraints on deportation policies. Courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, have cited her work.
