Jennifer L. Fang

Jennifer L. Fang, M.D. is a Clinical Professor at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, serving in the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine with a specialization in Neonatology. She holds several leadership positions including Medical Director for Mayo Clinic's Teleneonatology Program and Vice Chair of Quality for the Division of Neonatal Medicine.

Dr. Fang's research focuses on neonatal telemedicine, quality improvement in NICU care, and birth defects epidemiology. Her work has significantly advanced the field of neonatal telemedicine, with applications for improving newborn care quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Her recent publications demonstrate expertise in analyzing cleft lip/palate incidence and birth defect patterns in international populations.
