Jennifer L. Blouin is the Associate Professor of Accounting at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as Chairperson of the Department of Accounting and focuses her research on the role of taxation in corporate decision-making, including capital structure, asset pricing, payout policy, and multinational firm behavior.
