Jennifer Hollinger

Dr. Jennifer Hollinger is an Assistant Professor of Education and Director of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Mount Union's School of Education. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, two M.Ed. degrees (Educational Leadership and Special Education), and a B.A. in Middle Childhood Education. Her work emphasizes personalized pathways for students, including dual majors for multiple teaching licenses and tailored field experiences beyond traditional P-12 settings. She is passionate about integrating her professional growth into student mentorship.

The School of Education, CAEP-accredited, offers 12 teacher preparation licenses. Dr. Hollinger champions innovative internships and collaborates with colleagues like Dr. Chanda Rhodes Coblentz in institutional effectiveness initiatives. Outside academia, she enjoys outdoor adventures like camping and boating, and has an unexpected talent for competitive race walking.
