Jennifer Bay is a Professor in the Department of English at Purdue University. She earned her Ph.D. in English from the University of Texas at Arlington, with prior degrees from Virginia Tech. Joining Purdue in 2002, Bay specializes in the scholarship of engagement, focusing on non-profit community organizations, service-learning, and internships to enhance community quality of life.

Her accolades include the 2020 Purdue Faculty Engaged Scholar Award and the Jefferson Award for Multiplying Good, recognizing her community-focused academic contributions.
