Jennie Milne

Jennie Milne serves as Lecturer in Photography and Photography/Digital Print Technician at Gray's School of Art, Robert Gordon University, where she bridges academic instruction with technical support in photographic practices.

Her educational foundation includes:

Research centers on identity, resilience, displacement, memory, and Holocaust studies through portraiture and documentary photography. Her creative methodology examines how trauma shapes personal narratives, exemplified by the book 'Do You Know My Name?' featuring survivors of terrorism. This work has received national and international exhibition attention.

Her 2022 group exhibition 'Dirty hands, fine work' represents current creative output trends, demonstrating interdisciplinary collaboration across photography, painting, ceramics, and textiles by technical staff. This output reflects her commitment to elevating support roles within academic art institutions.
