Dr. Jenna McChesney is an Assistant Professor in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at Meredith College. She joined the faculty in 2022 after earning her Ph.D. from North Carolina State University. Her research focuses on impression formation in hiring decisions, workplace inclusion for marginalized groups, and mental health disclosure impacts. She actively involves students in her studies, emphasizing real-world application in her teaching.
