Jenn Campbell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas, focusing on engineering cognition, team dynamics, and social-environmental sustainability in design practices.

She examines problem-framing techniques, systems thinking, and the social implications of engineering decisions to foster more equitable practices.

Background: Before academia, she spent 9 years in engineering and marketing at Trek Bikes, earning two patents that inform her industry-grounded research perspective.
