Jenifer Fenton is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Michigan State University's College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. With a PhD from Michigan State (1999) and MPH from University of Michigan (2003), she focuses on dietary fatty acids and their role in inflammation, obesity, and chronic diseases. Her research spans three areas: obesity-lipid-colon cancer interactions, fatty acid deficiency in developing countries, and food source nutritional profiling.
