Jelena Mladenović

Jelena Mladenović is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Agronomy, University of Kragujevac, with a career spanning over 18 years. Her expertise lies in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Applied Chemistry, focusing on chemical composition, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer properties of vegetables like leeks, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes.
