Jeffrey R. Levenson serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas University College of Law while maintaining an active judicial career as a Circuit Court Judge in Broward County, Florida. Appointed to the bench in 2003, he has presided over 200 criminal jury trials (including 50 murder cases) and 100 civil jury trials across multiple divisions.
His educational background includes:

- J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law (1981)
Specializing in courtroom practice, Levenson's expertise spans trial advocacy instruction and complex litigation. His three-decade teaching career includes positions at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), U.S. Department of Justice National Advocacy Center, and Florida Bar Advanced Trial Advocacy programs. Judicial experience encompasses homicide prosecutions, white-collar crime, securities fraud, civil rights cases, and probate matters.
