Jeffrey J Borandi

Dr. Jeffrey Borandi is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine's Department of Dental Anesthesiology. A Pittsburgh native, he earned his DMD from the same institution and completed a three-year certificate program in dental anesthesiology through UPMC. His residency included over 1,500 anesthesia cases across dentistry, surgery, ENT, and obstetrics, with specialized training at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Borandi maintains professional affiliations with the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists (ASDA) and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA). He is board-certified by the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology (ADBA). His work bridges clinical practice with part-time academic instruction in dental anesthesiology.
