Jeffrey Frame is a Professor of Dramatic Arts at Trevecca Nazarene University, affiliated with the School of Arts and Social Sciences. With over 35 years of higher education experience, he has directed or produced over 100 university theatre productions. He holds a B.A. from Eastern Nazarene College, M.A. from Emerson College, and Ph.D. from Middle Tennessee State University.

His research focuses on directing for stage, 20th-century American drama, theatre-in-education, Shakespearean gender studies, and nonlinear narrative structures in film/TV. He actively presents at conferences like the Association for Theatre in Higher Education and Popular Culture Association.
Recipient of prestigious awards including the Trevecca Generational Impact Award, his work explores storytelling’s transformative power in Christian education and global theatre collaboration. He authored Intermission: Spiritual Refreshment for the Drama Ministry Team (2001) and co-authored Early to Rise (2003).
