Jeffrey Flanigan

Jeffrey Flanigan is an Assistant Professor at the Jack Baskin School of Engineering, University of California, Santa Cruz. His research focuses on natural language processing (NLP), structured prediction, and deep learning, with an emphasis on advancing semantic parsing, natural language generation, and machine translation capabilities. He co-developed the JAMR parser, generator, and aligner for Abstract Meaning Representation (AMR), a framework enabling computers to better understand and generate natural language.
