Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook is a Group Manager II in the Strategic Energy Analysis Center at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and an Instructor at Colorado State University. His work spans renewable energy policy, technology commercialization, and decision-support software development.
