Dr Jeanne-Marie Viljoen is a Senior Lecturer in Literary and Cultural Studies at UniSA Creative, University of South Australia. She specializes in decolonial comics, literary trauma studies, and visual storytelling as tools for social problem-solving. Her work bridges disciplines, emphasizing interdisciplinary research methods and poststructuralist theory. She has held roles at institutions in North Cyprus and South Africa, fostering expertise in contested colonial contexts.
