Jean-Sébastien PENTECOTE serves as a University Professor at the University of Caen Normandy within the School of Economics, Management, Geography and Regional Planning (UFR SEGGAT). His research centers on Public Policy analysis, Voting Systems mechanics, and Democracy institutional frameworks, reflecting the core mission of the PPVD pole.
