Dr. Jean Pierre Elonga is a Senior Lecturer at Teesside University, specializing in Educational Leadership and Decolonial Studies. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research focuses on decolonizing educational practices, comparative leadership models in Africa and the UK, and the application of Ubuntu philosophy in educational contexts.
