Jean Luc Marion

Jean-Luc Marion is a leading figure in French Catholic thought and postmodern philosophy, currently serving as a Professor of Philosophy of Religion at the University of Chicago. He has directed research and teaching at the Institute of Philosophy at the Sorbonne since 1996 and previously held positions at the University of Poitiers (1980-1996). His work bridges phenomenology, theology, and modern philosophy, with his seminal text God without Being analyzing idolatry in the modern age.
