Jazmine M. Tooles

Jazmine M. Tooles serves as Assistant Professor of Instruction in Temple University's College of Public Health, Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. A licensed physical therapist specializing in traumatic brain injury and vestibular dysfunction, she founded Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC and maintains active clinical roles while leading diversity initiatives including APTA PA's Minority Affairs Committee chairmanship and Einstein Healthcare Network's Cultural-Diversity Special Interest Group.

Her educational background features a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware (2013) and BS in Kinesiology from Temple University (2011). Dr. Tooles holds additional certifications as a functional work capacity evaluator and tai chi instructor.

Research and professional interests center on traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, and cultural competency in healthcare delivery. She actively advances Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through Einstein Voices podcast hosting, national presentations including APTA's Centennial Summit keynote, and community programs like the Girl Scouts physical therapy patch initiative.
