Jayne Richards is the Curriculum Manager for Online Learning and Teaching at Rose Bruford College, specializing in theatre and educational technology. She holds a PhD in Performance Practice and has held roles including Programme Director for Theatre Studies and director of CRYPT (Warehouse Theatre). Her work focuses on technology-enhanced learning, curriculum development, and online education strategy. She has contributed to national reports like the Office for Students’ Digital Teaching and Learning Review and serves as an external validator for MA programmes.

Her work addresses challenges in transnational education, digital pedagogy, and learner experience in distance learning environments.

Labs & Teams: She leads Rose Bruford’s initiatives in online learning infrastructure, collaborating with teams to develop digital tools for theatre education and oversee institutional e-learning strategies.
