Dr. Jayendra Gokhale serves as an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Coordinator in the Department of Accounting, Economics, Finance & Information Sciences at the David B. O'Maley College of Business, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. With a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Economics from Oregon State University, MBA in Finance from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and undergraduate and master's degrees in Biochemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Dr. Gokhale brings both academic rigor and practical industry experience from his work at General Electric and Axis Bank in India.

Dr. Gokhale's research focuses on Financial Economics, Industrial Organization, and Aviation Economics, with particular expertise in airline stock market performance, event studies, and behavioral finance.
