Javier Reneses Guillén

Dr. Javier Reneses Guillén is a Research Fellow at the Technological Research Institute (IIT), part of the ICAI School of Engineering at Comillas Pontifical University, and an Affiliate at Berkeley Lab since 2016. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Comillas Pontifical University (2004) and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Sciences (2005) from the National University of Distance Education. With over 100 research projects led or participated in, he is a leading expert in electricity and gas market modeling, regulation, and tariff design.
