Javad Taheri is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Groningen, affiliated with the Faculty of Religion, Culture and Society and the University College Groningen. His primary role is in the Department of Christianity and the History of Ideas, focusing on philosophy of religion, religious language, and comparative theology. He holds a PhD from the University of Groningen (2024) and has contributed to interdisciplinary research in Islamic philosophy, cognitive science of religion, and inter-religious dialogue.
