Jaume Guiscafrè Danús

Jaume Guiscafrè Danús is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Catalan Philology and General Linguistics at the Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB). He specializes in Catalan literature, folklore studies, and literary analysis. His teaching responsibilities include courses such as Catalan Universal Literature for Nursery Education and Theory of Folklore, spanning undergraduate and master’s programs in Catalan Language and Literature, History of Art, and Early Childhood Education.

He advises the PhD in Philology and Philosophy program and has taught subjects like Folklore: Tradition and Contemporaneity in the Master's Degree in Linguistic and Literary Competence.
